- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard pricing is competitively set but as a way of showing our gratitude of earning your business as a Thumbtack client, we will give you $50 courtesy discount right off the bat.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We believe no houses are identical even though they may have some similar traits, we approach each property with genuinely inquisitive mind. We welcome and encourage our clients to accompany us while we inspect to discuss and be educated at the same time. Where the main gas shutoff valve is located is not necessarily a normal topic of general conversation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified graduate of AHIT (American Home Inspectors Training) with the industry's most comprehensive home inspection courses. I also have an associate membership with the industry's oldest and most respected home inspection organization in ASHI(American Society of Home Inspectors). They engage in rigorous background check to ensure the inspectors manifest good ethics in their practices.
