I researched several trainers and found Svetness personal training company. They assigned Daniel as my personal trainer. By far Daniel is the most professional, realistic and down to earth. He does not blow the “smoke” many trainers do, he also is the only trainer (and he is my 3rd…from the same company) who explains proper form and method behind his training. Best part, he is very very friendly and fun to work with :). Since working with Daniel, I feel very energetic and motivated. and I feel lot stronger than I used to be. How much is a boot camp?

The cost of fitness boot camps depends on how often you go, the package you are purchasing (or if you are paying a drop-in fee), the location of the bootcamp, the equipment the instructors provide, and the background and reputation of the instructor. What is a boot camp class?

Fitness boot camps encourage camaraderie, and the group momentum helps participants get through fast-paced intervals of cardio, isometric training, strength training and endurance drills.
