Over seven to eight sessions, his professionalism and punctuality, coupled with his focused, break-free training approach, significantly enhanced my strength and resilience.
Allan's sessions were more than just workouts; they were a holistic fitness experience. He provided undivided attention, pushing me to my limits and beyond, a rare find in the fitness industry. This intensity was exactly what I needed to progress, helping me tackle high-intensity classes with newfound endurance.

Allan is an amazing trainer! He’s the best. Not only does he have a physio graduate degree, but he also has many years of experience working with lots of different people and bodies. I have worked with six different personal trainers over the years, and my all-time favorite is absolutely Allan. He is such a wonderful human. He makes training so fun! I am so jealous of all of you who get to work with him moving forward! I am so sad he’s left my area!! Hire this man! You won’t regret it.

Allan is fantastic! I connected with Allan during covid when I was struggling to stay in shape and maintain a routine. As my personal trainer, he helped me to develop a plan that I still use to this day - and that was 3 years ago. Allan is not just about a workout, but he promotes a healthy lifestyle. He is super professional, cares about his clients, and is quite the perfectionist. I would recommend him (and did) in a heartbeat.

Allan is seriously the BEST!!! When I first started training with him I had recently given birth and was feeling very out of shape and didn’t know where to start with getting my fitness back. After a few weeks with Allan I could feel my core strength coming back and after 1.5-2 months I was able to do the exercises and weight training I was doing before being pregnant!!! I’m so thankful for Allan - I don’t know where I’d be without him. He has a wonderful positive energy and is very encouraging (even when I was so unfit, he made me feel GREAT and helped me to see my progress and kept me motivated). His training style is the perfect combination of being positive and personable while really pushing you in a workout which I really appreciate!! He totally helped me to reach my goals and I would 1000% recommend him to anyone wanting to get fit and strong 💪.
