- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Coaching is structured as an ongoing engagement rather than individual sessions. Pricing reflects private, founder-led coaching delivered in-home or live online. Most clients work with me 1–3 times per week, and pricing is discussed during a brief consultation after fit is confirmed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every engagement begins with a brief consultation to discuss goals, scheduling, and fit. From there, I assess movement quality and current ability, then build a structured program using The 40+ Method™ with progression, load, pacing, and recovery managed over time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background combines decades of hands-on coaching with years of competitive physique training. That experience shaped a highly refined approach to movement analysis, program design, load selection, and progression, and led to the development of The 40+ Method™ for adults over 40.
