FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Coaching is structured as an ongoing engagement rather than individual sessions. Pricing reflects private, founder-led coaching delivered in your home or live online, with each program designed and personally managed by Jeff Scavo. Most clients work with me 2–3 sessions per week through structured coaching agreements that support consistent progress and long-term results. Because each engagement is customized, pricing is discussed during a brief consultation after goals, location, and scheduling needs are confirmed. Consultation required before starting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every engagement begins with a brief consultation to confirm fit, discuss goals, and review scheduling and location. The first sessions focus on assessing movement quality, current strength levels, and any limitations that may affect progression. This allows me to establish the appropriate starting point and structure a program aligned with your recovery capacity and schedule. From there, coaching follows a structured progression model using The 40+ Method™, where variables such as load, movement quality, pacing, and recovery are managed in real time to support consistent progress. Clients typically work with me on an ongoing basis through scheduled private sessions delivered in-home or live 1:1 online. Coaching is by appointment only and personally led by Jeff Scavo. Consultation required before starting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background combines decades of hands-on coaching with years of competitive physique training. I competed as a physique athlete and built a championship-level physique through disciplined training, movement analysis, and precise program design. That experience shaped the standards I bring to my coaching today. For more than a decade I’ve worked directly with adults to improve strength, mobility, and overall physical capability. Over time, I began to see consistent patterns with clients entering their 40s and 50s — slower recovery, tighter joints, and a changing response to traditional training methods. Those observations led me to develop The 40+ Method™, a physiology-first system designed specifically for how the body responds after 40. The approach focuses on structured progression, joint-smart loading, movement quality, and recovery management. My coaching is built on practical experience, continuous study of human performance, and years of working directly with clients in this stage of life. That experience became The 40+ Method™, a physiology-first coaching system I apply in every session.
