- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices typically stay the same with exception of holidays and puppy fees. I do provide discounts for reoccurring clients and some small pets
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every situation is unique. First, I inquire about the pet and the parents needs to make sure I am able to accommodate. Second, I go over the date/dates of service and cost. If these things are agreeable I schedule a meet & greet to make sure it’s a good fit for everyone. Next, I send an invoice for a deposit to secure the dates in question. While a pet is being cared for I keep the pet parents updated with pics and texts

I’ve worked with rescues specializing in behavioral therapy and a holistic veterinarian specializing in pet allergies
