Abel did such a thorough job in seeing through the installation of an alarm and new thermostat, as well as diagnosing a light issue in our condo, to the end despite a lack of context/history on the unit and some pre-existing wiring issues. On top of working hard to find solutions and address issues, and being very punctual and professional, he even took time to teach us what he was doing and explain why. He’s fair, reasonable, and gets the job DONE. I will definitely be calling him for all future projects! 10/10

He went above and beyond to help me with a few things around the house. He helped solve this issue I was having with a daybed in my spare bedroom. The daybed has a trundle that would get stuck on the rug. I couldn’t pull it & it would frustrate me. He fixed one of the wheels that would get stuck and suggested I get plastic mats for easy roll out. He went to Home Depot to get the mat. I really appreciated the extra effort. Will be hiring again for future projects.

It was great working with Legacy Builder! My project was a complicated one and he did a beautiful job!
