I was having a big problem could not even logged into my computer and worst of all did not have a recent backup so i was really nervous and worried because its my work computer and depend on all my files to make my living , spoke to several people on the phone and it only got me even more worried because people were telling i needed to re-load windows which meant i would loose all my data but, then i spoke with Sam and felt more comfortable ,he came to my office not only was he able to get all my data back but, he was able to get me up and running in no time he went beyond saving my life he also offered knowledgeable suggestions and expertise to avoid future problems he is very professional,reasonable and, really knows what he is doing. I talked to 3 pros and they ranged in price $35-50-70/hr. One wanted me to pay for travel. Another was going to send a sub-contractor. Sam was willing to tailor a tutoring session to help my 12 year old son with an html homework assignment. He started from scratch and taught him a lot of the foundational pieces he hadn't learned before. And, he provided a basic overview of how to work with a PC - from antivirus needs to asset management. I sat in on this since I'm a "MAC" user and I wanted to be able to help my kid with basic upkeep. Sam is clearly very experienced. He's a patient teacher (good with kids). I will probably hire him for help with excel, powerpoint, and other business & school applications. He was also on time and professional. I'd definitely recommend him to Thumbtack users.

Absolutely amazing teacher! Saleem understands the core of any and every program! Hes a genious! For the first time, I really comprehended complex material and felt much more comfortable using the learned information. Excel manipulation and analytics were my focus and after having sessions with Saleem- I can say I'm much more knowledgeable on using it at work. I highly recommend him to everyone! Very easy to talk to and is willing to set beyond the session timeframe to assist you to better understanding the material. I give him a A+.
