Jake helped me with training advice and nutrition advice when he used to live in the UK, before he moved to LA. His information has really helped me, both in terms of improving health and fitness levels. He is incredibly motivating and inspiring - and he was so keen to help me as an individual and find out what would work best for me. I didn't like 'traditional' exercise, like endless runs or boring gym machines - but Jake could find ways to mix it up, keep it fresh and interesting, and I even managed to have fun along the way! I would definitely recommend Jake as a personal trainer to help you achieve your individual health and fitness goals.

Hi, I've been being trained by Clyde now for several months and in that time I've seen a big change in my body. When I had my first session with Clyde he spent a bit of time finding out what I was trying to accomplish, he then put a plan in place and since I have been very happy my results! He has also given me some great insight into dietary needs and how to eat properly for the best result possibly along with training I have got pretty close to where I want to be. With a bit more time and Clyde insight and guidance I will get there. I've been very happy with Clyde and his knowledge in guiding me to my goals, I would and have recommended Clyde for all of your training and nutrition needs!!
Mr. Emile, was able to make me talk about barriers to my weight challenges. He was able to target three key areas in my every day life that were culprits to my weight gain: 1) Not getting enough sleep, not allowing myself enough personal time to even consider living a healthier lifestyle, and my extreme lack of nutrition. He also tailored my program to fit my personality, which is a plus for me. Mr. Emile is starting me out with small goals. I appreciated, above all things, his ability to make me see that my current diet and lack of exercise was leading me down a predictable path of unhealthiness.

In a world full of we-wouldn't-want-you-to-get-too-many-muscles workouts for women, this is of great value! My lower back pain is completely gone and I can do a side plank which is something I always had to modify before Meghan. She will improve your form and is very knowledable about nutrition. I was just 4 months out of treatment from an aggressive breast cancer, and at 37 and single didn't have the best eating habits. Well, OK downright terrible. Recovering from chemo and radiation had left me with no energy to do anything, yet I knew the importance of my diet to avoid my high chances of reoccurance being triple negative. Since Carmi came into my life I literally can feel the difference in my energy level purely from all the great nutritious food she specifically prepared for me.I have more energy, I'm actually sleeping better, and I don't have stress out about food every day. She's gotten to know exactly what I do and don't like and custome makes each meal for me specifically. I've tried one if those big delivery companies and definitely did not get anything even close to like that !! I love the personal touch, and I'm never bored. I feel like I've moved back home and my mom is making me dinner every night !Shes knowledgable on how to fight diseases with nutrition and keeps that in mind when preparing my meals which is so great knowing not only am I getting a delicious meal but it's actually helping me not hurting me. I love the ease of no longer having to worry about what to eat! Having to go grocery shopping, or spend all that extra money on ordering out every night. Her food is delicious and stays fresh till the last meal. She somehow manages to make clean healthy food that isn't boring and bland. This woman could open a resturaunt except then she d be too busy and couldn't make my food so maybe just a small one ;). My experience with Jacobo has been wonderful! Prior to working with Jacobo I had been working out on my own and was making very little progress. Dylan was a fantastic nutrition coach, and most importantly, a friend through the process. I've always struggled with various forms of inflammation, including leaky gut and celiac's disease. In terms of where I wanted to go, I laid out my desire for weight loss, unknowingly getting much more than I bargained for. I was introduced to the Ketogenic diet, something I later found out to be almost identical to the famous Atkins diet. From there I was given a personalized plan. During the process, Dylan was always available to contact. At one point, he joined for a grocery store spree where we ended up having a potluck together with my family. Progressing through the diet, I found that when I ate my inflammation wasn't acting up anymore! I couldn't believe it! A month later and I had lost 10lbs. Dylan made sure to keep up with me when I was getting weak or when the family left out snacks and candy. I would thoroughly recommend Dylan as both a dietician and health coach to anyone looking to see what can happen when they stick with something! :)
