The Perfect Workout is unlike anything you've ever experienced! I have been doing this workout for well over two years and will be doing it for the rest of my life! There is nothing more effective or more safe out there. I am 6 months pregnant and still I am training 2x/week. The trainers here treat you with the utmost care and respect - they all truly go above and beyond my expectations at every session. Having retired from the military, I compare a lot of workouts to the Army's Physical Readiness Training. I wish this was something that we used for everyone, not just those with injuries. The workouts are only 20 minutes long, a trainer is dedicated to me and me alone, and the results are amazing! I've gotten stronger a lot quicker than with my regular workout routine and have increased my endurance when participating in activities that I love! I highly recommend!Sep 17, 2018
The Perfect Workout is genius! I have been doing this workout for over 5 years now and it has been a staple in my fitness journey. With this workout I have lost over 10lbs within the first few months of doing it, it has completely changed my body composition, AND I was able to do this throughout my entire pregnancy and postpartum journey. I have tried many different workouts, but none compare to the individualized workout I get at The Perfect Workout. Due to my autoimmune issues, I was struggling with pain, fatigue and muscle loss. Since doing The Perfect Workout, I have gained my strength back, added more muscle and increased my energy! I also love how it is only 20 minutes twice a week. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The Perfect Workout has no enrollment or setup fees. It starts with a personal 1-on-1 Learning Session where you meet with your own personal trainer to establish your goals, review your medical history, note any injuries and create a plan for your workout. From there, your trainer will take you through your own personalized set of exercises. This introductory session also includes a take-home kit (valued at over $300) filled with real client success stories, a book on the benefits of slow-motion strength training and instructions on how to perform The Perfect Workout on your own at home. The Introductory Learning Session normally costs $75, but we are offering it to you here for FREE. Regardless of whether you continue training with us or not, you must come in for our Learning Session, as the information is truly life changing!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Our trainers complete an extensive Slow Motion High-Intensity Strength Training Certification program that includes 5 written test, 3 practical exams, and several hours of in location, hands-on studying. All trainers maintain a current CPR/AED Certification by the American AED CPR Association.
