Its been so helpful in improving my strength and balanced. Its improved my health, from lower my blood sugar, my blood pressure and help get my heart rate at a better place. And whats even better is that its a fun place to go. My personal trainer Emily, is an excellent coach. Encouraging when I need it and helps me to improve, and keeps track of all my progress. Ive really enjoyed coming here and seeing the very positive results!

The Perfect Workout is genius! I have been doing this workout for over 5 years now and it has been a staple in my fitness journey. With this workout I have lost over 10lbs within the first few months of doing it, it has completely changed my body composition, AND I was able to do this throughout my entire pregnancy and postpartum journey. The awesome trainers got me down to my pre-baby weight before my wedding and I felt incredible! There is no better workout and you cannot beat the time efficiency, especially as a busy mama! The Perfect Workout is a very structured program. The trainers monitor both the time performed and weight of each lift. This allows for steady improvement that can be charted out. I appreciate how quickly my workout moves along and is completed. All the trainers have been supportive and I enjoy the different ways they try to motivate me to push myself. Gaining strength, especially in my legs has helped my golf game and I should know, I'm a golf professional !!!
