  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My standard pricing for resume writing, interview preparation is listed on my website. Career counseling will be charged at the same rate as interview preparation. For multi-hour/bulk purchases, please contact me directly, I do offer a discount. My standard pricing for HR and Payroll professional services is $100/hour, if set up in bulk or on retainer in amounts of 10 hours or more, the rate drops to $75/hour. My standard administrative/data entry rate is $20/hour + any expenses reimbursed if incurred.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Once services are agreed upon, an invoice is sent via PayPal along with a questionnaire (for resume and cover letter services) for the client to complete and return. A phone call is scheduled upon payment and we discuss goals, any questions regarding the questionnaire and scheduling for future calls (for interview/career counseling). If services for business (Payroll/HR services) is contracted, then a phone call will be held to discuss the scope of the work and deadlines for services to be completed, as well as billing arrangements. I'm always available via phone, text or email to discuss and work on your services.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a degree in International Relations/Business as well as over 20 years in Human Resources and Business Administration. I have been certified by SHRM and HRCI in Human Resources, and have been offering career counseling to students and professionals for 10 years.
