Introduction: Greetings, My name is Rev. Marvin Washington, and I am a twice Ordained Pastor with over 25 years of experience in Wedding Officiating and Vow Renewal. Throughout my career, I have officiated over 325 weddings and had the privilege of working with many couples that have honed my expertise in officiating.
I truly believe that the wedding ceremony should be about the couple. It shows the guest how much love the couple has for each other.
Many of the weddings that I have officiated, the couples have come from different faith and/or cultural traditions. My hope is to create an “experience that makes a lasting impression on everyone in attendance.”
I have also officiated over 200 Memorial/Celebration of Life/Homegoing Services. Losing a loved one is an emotionally challenging time, and it can certainly be overwhelming. My aim/goal is to provide comfort and solace to grieving friends and family members.
I am also a Notary Republic!

Rev. Marvin was the officiant for my grandfather’s home going service. He was easy to communicate with and made sure to meet the needs of my family. He was very understanding, as well as, professional. Everything was perfect from the beginning to the end of the service. He definitely made this celebration of life one too remember. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a funeral officiant.
