We hired MHB for a wedding reception for the kids. Once the festivities started, the kids were in line getting balloons twisted into all shapes and sizes. Here's the kicker - the grown ups started getting in line too. Lots of compliments for hiring her because it's all about creating a good time for guests. Worth it.

Megan was so on top of it the whole time through the whole process. I had a giant wedding with lots of decor, signs, and flowers and she handled it all with ease and I never even heard about any mishaps or issues. She just handled them all. She was the best florist/wedding coordinator I could've asked for!

I knew from the moment that I met Lauren from In Focus Events, she was going to make my wedding day seamless. My husband and I got married at Strawberry Farms Golf Club in March 2016. My mom and I had done most of the wedding preparations ourselves, so we just needed someone to help us execute all of our plans so that we could enjoy the day. After deciding to forego our venue's coordination services (which were over-priced considering the cost of the venue) and receiving tons of quotes from day-of coordinators that were way over our budget....I decided to turn to the Thumbtack app. By the GRACE OF GOD, I found Lauren on the app just a few months before our wedding! I had planned to meet with Lauren and a few other coordinators before making my decision. Luckily, I saved myself some time by meeting with Lauren first. I cancelled my other consultations and immediately signed a contract with In Focus Events. Even though we paid Lauren for Day-Of Coordination services, she went above and beyond to make herself available for me anytime I needed her. Not only did she meet with me several times leading up to our wedding, I was texting her at least weekly with different questions, concerns, advice, etc. She even calmed our panic attack when my mom and I realized late one night that my wedding dress didn't fit! She was AMAZING and truly cares about her brides. Fast forward to the week of the wedding, Lauren was on top of EVERYTHING. She reminded me of small details that I had missed (ash trays for our cigar bar) and helped me get my last minute to-do list done. She iinsisted on coming by to pick up ALL of our wedding decorations and macaron favors the day before the wedding so that she could set them up as soon as she arrived at the venue the next day, which was SO helpful to me since I turned in my apartment keys the day before our wedding. She even took all of the decor out of her car and reloaded on the wedding day to ensure it was safe overnight! I should also mention that after picking up all of our decor and taking it across town, she drove all the way back to coordinate our rehearsal later that afternoon! On our wedding day, Lauren was organized, fun, and beyond helpful. The day ran so smoothly, and even the minor hiccups (the florist forgot to give me a toss bouquet) were solved quickly by Lauren and her team. I am so grateful to In Focus Events for making my wedding day relaxing for myself and my family. As detailed people and Type-A personalities, its often difficult for my mom and I to hand over control to other people when it comes to special events, but we are SO grateful that we had Lauren to take care of the special day. I only wish that I could have Lauren organize more things in my life! I can't wait to work with her again and again. She was truly a blessing!

We just can’t thank Zeke of Tortas 2 Die 4 for going above and beyond to make our wedding as perfect as we could have wished for! Each and every guest has commented on how delicious all of the food was, from the appetizers, aguas frescas to the dinner to the yummy coffee bar. We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for handling everything and making sure everything went smoothly and perfect for us, for all of your guidance, answering all our questions and your overall help with everything! The delicious and colorful food, it was seriously a work of art! Tortas 2 Die 4 provided a spectacular experience for our guests! Everything was impressive! Comments throughout the night, days, weeks, even months later, the best dinner at a wedding by far! Thank you!!! Thank you!!! Vanessa and her husband were an absolute pleasure to work with the day of my wedding. Vanessa was really responsive and answered all of my questions during the entire process. She was especially helpful during the days leading up to the wedding, making sure we were covering all of my bases. I was able to kick back and focus on being a bride on the actual day trusting that Vanessa and her hubby had it all handled. Friends and family kept telling me to go with the flow and not to worry because things always go wrong at weddings no matter how hard you plan or organize, but this was not the case at all. I was blessed to have everything run so seamlessly and I have this wonderful team to thank for making it happen! They are so cute together, by the way, and their teamwork is apparent. Would highly recommend them in a heartbeat!

Ritz Catering did an outstanding job catering my daughters wedding. We had over 350 guest. There were no worries working with Jarrett and the team at Ritz. We received numerous compliments from our guests. From the cocktail hour to dinner and even the candy bar, it was a hit!! She will get the job done at all costs & is clear & precise with an eye for detail. Her confidence in event & wedding planning is unlike anyone else’s. Tess was our coordinator at our venue at A Light in a Barn wedding venue in Yucaipa, CA. She is very professional and the most knowledgeable when it comes to the wedding industry & the latest a greatest trends. Tess stays on every task until it is accomplished beautifully. Last year I hired Steven to assist me with planning my wedding at the Edward Dean Museum. I had initially thought that I could plan my wedding without any outside help, but with starting a new job and moving to a new city, I had so much on my plate that I finally contacted Steven, and it was easily the best money I have spent on the wedding. Steven was in constant contact throughout the planning, and took over communication with my vendors, which was a huge weight off my shoulders. He laid out exactly what he needed from me so that I could easily provide necessary information. He even saved the day by borrowing a large cupcake stand from a friend of his for my wedding cupcakes :) Steven is very friendly, and always professional. The only regret I have about him is that I did not hire him sooner, because I feel like I would have stressed less! I would highly recommend him to anyone planning any type of party, because you know that it will be well put together.

I hired Parveen to decorate my wedding venue for our December 2 wedding. Right off the bat I knew she'd have her work cut out for her due to the time constraints (the venue had an event beforehand and she would only have a 3 hour window) and my extremely limited decoration budget, which meant a lot of DIY and Dollar Tree décor. To say she exceeded my expectations would be an understatement. She set up the venue beautifully and was still there when we arrived to make sure the reception began and flowed smoothly, even though that was not something I asked her to do. She made sure my husband and I ate and always had a drink waiting for us. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for extra coordinator help with a limited budget. She was awesome, hands down.

Creations by CB Events did a phenomenal job on our wedding! I am someone that doesn't enjoy the planning process one bit and Connie took it right out of my hands into hers. She took the stress level down completely and although we are a pretty simple and laid back couple she took all of our wishes and wants and exceeded our expectations. We used CB Events for all; decorations, party planning and event coordinating (basically everything! haha). Our event was at an outside venue (The Red Gates of covina; a private venue exclusive to Creations by CB Events) and everyone loved it. With the intimate atmosphere along with the inviting array of eclectic style our wedding was definitely a night everyone will remember (which is what the whole point is right?). Needless to say i would recommend "Creations by CB Events" to ANYONE! Every penny was worth it. Thank you Connie!! -Nicole & Eddie

Ingrid and Stacy have surpassed all expectations I had for wedding planning services. Initially I was very stressed to even be planning a wedding, however with their help they've put me at ease by going over many items I wouldn't have even thought of. They are always available when I have questions and go above and beyond by verifying contracts with all my vendors. The nice thing is they are also willing to work on custom peices like signs, center peices and even arrangement of flowers. Most other wedding planners dont have the time commitment and money saving ability to tackle do it yourself projects. This has allowed me to have things I would have never been able to afford like a paper flower wall for photos and candy station. When I priced these things through a 3rd party they were completely out of reach. Ingrid and Stacy are a great team and I recommend them to anyone planning any event big or small.

Laura was great to work with! At first I wasn't sure that I was going to add a day-of wedding coordinator to my budget but after my first phone call with Laura, I knew it was essential. She's an expert about event set-up, timelines and catering so I immediately felt at ease and knew that if I hired her I could relax and enjoy my wedding day instead of worrying about the details. Laura and her assistant Jody were essential at our wedding - they gracefully handled everything behind the scenes and made sure it was a perfect day for my husband and I and our guests. My friends and family commented on how great Laura was at pushing everything along throughout the day, and troubleshooting when necessary. Laura's day-of coordination service might just be the most important service that I purchase for my wedding day!

PhatX (Brian Cochran) I find his work to be very professional, dependable and knowledgeable. I've used him several times before, one event on, May 06, 2013 for Bishop Rhone's Inaugural Banquet and wedding receptions. He has all the right equipment and stays updated on songs/artists.
