Introduction: I would never talk trash about other trainers, but the fact is that many are stuck in old ways of using "ultra standard" equipment and techniques. I incorporate exercises and strategies that are most effective (and many relatively new), not most common. These methods have allowed me to have success rates much higher than average.
I relate to anyone in the gym or in fitness in general. We all have something in common, we are all trying to better ourselves through hard work.
