I bought into their Advantage Plan where they come out twice a year (once for furnace, once for a/c) to check on everything and maintain equipment. They found a couple of duct leaks which they repaired today while installing a new, quiet attic exhaust fan. Both issues (the leak, and new fan installation) were 15% off the quote since I joined their Advantage Plan. Anthony and Isaac were right on time, cleaned up after their work, and explained what work was completed (including with photos).

I was quoted a free maintenance due to promotions run by the company. Then after the service, I was charged a fee. They blamed it on AI chatbox. So whose responsibility is the AI chatbox with? I don't like to be lied to.
One of our unit in our house was not working and after several google searches and calls to numerous air conditioning and heating companies in the area, I was lucky to find Aireserve of Pasadena. Not only were they very attentive to my needs, but you can immediately tell theyre a customer first company. To my surprise unlike other companies I reached out to, Aireserve waives their diagnostic fees ($79) if you move forward with the recommended work and thats another reason I highly recommend them. Also the technician that came out (Lahcen) was very professional and informative (5 )...If youre in need of air conditioning or heating services, dont look any further...Aireserve is it!- A.O. Reliable, Trustworthy, Reasonable PricedAire Serve of Pasadena has been our go-to Heating/Air company for over a year and I have NO plans on changing! I started using them about a year ago and signed up for the maintenance program. I'm thrilled I did because they came to do another maintenance last week and since I was part of the maintenance program I had a very reasonable price to also increase my air flow. The built a bigger vent air take and made a new "grill" for it as well. Very good workmanship all around. Vic and his team at Aire Serv are amazing and I highly recommend them!!
