- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing system for my service starts on the first day of the service and if the customer feels unsatisfied with my service then I will not charge any fee. If my work is satisfactory to the customer, then the service continues upon customers request with a schedule that works best between the customer and myself. My service can be ended whenever the service is no longer needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To understand how much they know and to see what kind of teaching approach to take. From there we can work on both the strengths and weaknesses for tackling each problem we encounter.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a USCF chess membership and I have played in numerous tournaments and placed 1st in some U1400 tournaments and 3rd in an U1800 tournament.
