Ray is hands down the best fitness instructor I’ve ever worked with! Every session is intense, challenging, and somehow still fun. He knows exactly how to push you past your limits without making it feel impossible, and his energy is always on point. Since training with him, I’ve gotten stronger, my endurance has skyrocketed, and I actually look forward to working out. He explains everything in a way that makes sense, so you’re not just going through the motions—you actually understand what you’re doing and why. If you’re looking for someone who’s not just knowledgeable but also genuinely invested in your progress, Ray is the one. Highly recommend!
Also I lost 3% body fat and gained 6 pounds if muscle under his guidance. My eating patterns have completely changed, and I have better nutrition goals.
