Ernie has a heart of gold! Time and time and time again he’s always come through and fixed a variety of my problems that always pop up from time to time in my home. He fixes them fast. He explains what he’s doing, what the problem is, the fix etc. so I always feel well taken care of and better educated every time he comes.
