Please do not send 2 new people that have never worked for you to clean a home for the first time. They did not have a vacuum or a bucket and planned and began to mop with a dirty mop and never rinsing it. All the surfaces had residue. Ultimately when “the boss” came because I reached out about the supplies he offered me a discount on a future job not offering to compensate for the poor job. It felt like whoever I booked just called or found 2 random people he had never met to come clean my home. It was very, very unprofessional and very poor cleaning job.
