"Gavin Becker from Becker Home Inspection performed a home inspection for my husband and I while we were in escrow. We have nothing but great things to say about the job he did! Gavin was extremely professional and thorough. Gavin not only addressed what needed to be fixed on the home soon, but also provided great tips on maintenance we can do now to keep our home in good shape long-term. He provided us with a 30+ page report which was broken down by section (structure, roof, exterior, etc.). Each section had a structure of: major concerns, safety issues, repairs needed, recommended improvements, items to monitor and finally deferred costs. The report included multiple pictures in each section so we were able to easily visualize what the report was describing. Gavin then went above and beyond when our loan underwriting team wanted us to hire a certified roof inspector. Gavin wrote a letter to the underwriters explaining his opinion on the shape of the roof along with multiple pictures. We highly recommend Becker Home Inspection to anyone needing a home inspection!
