- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We base our pricing on 22 years of experience in this field. We have a good idea how long tasks will take to clean correctly. We take pride in the finished results of our work. We are not the cheapest, and in our opinion that's ok because we bring quality, integrity and great attitudes. We respect the sanctity of your home and strive to be a bright happy addition to your life.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to set up an in home quote with the client. We do a walk through of the home with the client and then we take time to ask relevant questions and to answer any questions the client may have. We share a bit about our company and what they can expect from our service as well as what we expect from our clients. We may give them the quote immediately or it may take a few hours to work up a price but we try to have their estimate within 24 hrs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
22 years of hands on experience in homes, businesses and churches
