- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly completing continuing education and staying plugged into the latest information pertinent to the pest control industry. We are also a proud member of the Pest Control Operators of California.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have extensive training in Bed Bugs and German Cockroaches. We most commonly deal with general pests though such as Ants, Spiders, and roaches.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always look at the whole package. How does the professional appear? How does their vehicle appear? Are they organized and professional when they speak with you? Do they know what they are doing? Can they answer your questions? Are they friendly. Do they do what they say they are going to do? Are they on time? These are questions I suggest potential customers to ask themselves when hiring a company.
