Introduction: I am a student majoring in music currently and have been studying the development of drum techniques and applications for 4 years. I have had 2 years of drum line as a student, 1 year of jazz band, and many other performing arts applications to my drumming. I teach many styles and can go over basic – advanced applications in many of the following: * Metal * Tech- Metal * Progressive * Rock * Groove * Funk Some of the things I go over in my lessons are stick control, coordination, sight reading rhythmic notation, metric modulations, time signatures, compound meters, limb independence, hand technique, foot technique and much more. I am still going over a lesson plan for formalities, but because each person is different and has progressed on many different levels at many different rates, I try to teach you what you want to learn on the kit, and what you wish to achieve as a musician first and for most. I am merely a guide. I can not do things for you. The effort is all on your own. I can only teach you how; the understanding of the knowledge comes on your own. P.S.
