Dione was professional but sometimes it was difficult reaching him or getting a return text or call. I'm sure this is his P/T job and I understand, however, the hotel was trying to reach him and placed several calls but never received a return call until an hour prior to the event. The hotel had to call me to f/up on their behalf. The photo booth was a hit at my retirement party. Everyone enjoyed it. The only negative issue was the VIP scrap book in which I paid $125.00. This was a total mess. The photo book could be purchased for $1 at the dollar store and it looks like a 5 year old put it together..no I think a 5 year old would have done a better job. The pictures are upside down and the layout is a mess. I was told the purpose of purchasing the VIP option was to ensure that the book is organized and all the pictures are placed neatly in the book. Well that did not happened! Now would I hire Viral Booth again, most definitely, but no way would I pay for the VIP option... what a waste of money...I wish I could upload the book for you to form your own opinion. I will say the staff was friendly and they kept the guest moving orderly and made sure that my guest took plenty of pictures.
