FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My services start at $40 and up, depending upon the circumstances and what is needed for the client. Said circumstances include: Distance traveled, equipment needed, goals and requirements of the customer's exercise programming (to name a few). I am very happy to negotiate an agreeable fee before our first meeting to ensure a fair and affordable price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a new customer I like to begin with a consultation to get an idea of what they would like to accomplish as well as answer any questions about health, fitness and kinesiology the individual may have. I prefer to spend as much time as needed, before our first workout session, to discuss and converse to ensure that the customer is confident and comfortable about moving forward with improving their health and fitness.
