After working out with various trainers and in bootcamps, I know what style of training I respond best to. Gil makes our workouts enjoyable and he really cares about helping me meet my fitness goals. My job is pretty demanding so working out isn't always top priority, but Gil offers exactly what I need to round out my fitness needs -- I'm already seeing improved definition in my body after training with him this past month! If you want to take your fitness to another level, I highly recommend Gil!!

I interviewed 3 personal training studios. No Excuse Fitness was my second interview they have a great facility very private, But what matters more is they are so warm there! I felt so much at home with them. The other place was basically a bootcamp selling them off as personal training nice place not what I wanted. The third place stood me up and never follow up wow not good customer service. If your wanting personal training in a more private setting with great customer service No Excuse fitness is your place by the way their pricing is the best I have seen in Orange County I used to pay double back in Chicago where I used to live.
I've had my share of trainers and bootcamps and work out programs in the last 10 years and I have to say that Victoria blows them all away. This woman is the real deal as far as fitness and nutrition goes, she really knows her stuff and knows how to cater it to YOU personally. The results I have gotten from Victoria far surpass anything I have ever experienced, and in a short amount of time because she keeps you motivated and keeps you wanting more. She is tough, really tough, but not mean, she just wants the best for you and knows what is best for you to get the results you didn't even know you wanted yet. There are muscles that I didn't even know I had that are all of a sudden toned and make my body look so svelte. It's so awesome. I feel great and I look great and I owe it to Victoria.
I started working out at Roger's Bootcamp about a year ago. After 2 months I suffered a severe injury (Fractured Tibia) and had surgery. Due to my injury I was unable to continue on my fitness journey for many months. Once I made progress in physical therapy & got permission from my doctor I knew I wanted to get back into a fitness routine. Naturally I was nervous because I didn't want to hinder my recovery or cause any other injuries so I decided I needed professional help. I decided to contact Roger because I remembered enjoying his bootcamp and liked his positive professional attitude. That was over 4 months ago and I am so happy with that decision. Not only has my injury continued to improve but I have lost over 22lbs and many inches. Overall I feel stronger, healthier, and happier. I absolutely recommend Roger and Blackshear Fitness to anyone who is looking to get fit and wants the support of an absolute pro. He has helped me on this journey and I am so grateful for his expertise.

I worked with Ada for about 6 months to get in shape before trying to get pregnant and I was so happy with my results. Ada worked to push me but never crossed the line into "bootcamp" style motivation, which is not my style, though I am pretty confident she could provide that kind of pushing if that's what you needed! Our sessions were different enough that the workouts were never stale and they were tailored to my specific needs and goals. If there was a concern I had she didn't have the answer to she always consulted with other professionals to find out more before our next session together. I wish Ada was still in Austin so I could keep working with her!
Carlos Roman is an amazing trainer! He really listens to all of his trainees personal needs and goals and helps create a customized plan specifically to help them reach their desired goals. Not only does he provide excellent bootcamps and personal training services, he also helps with your diet plan ensuring that you have all the tools to succeed. With his diet ad nutrition expertise and awesome bootcamps I was able to drop 40 lbs in 7 months! Not only did I lose the weight, I'm stronger and leaner than ever before!
