FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We generally work as a team (2), so our pricing reflects that. Both of us together are very efficient, and thus get projects done sooner.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by understanding the scope of the task and your ideal outcome, via phone or chat. We then follow up with a quote or estimate, and an on-site assessment if needed. Once everything looks good, we get a deposit (1/2 upfront) and get you on our schedule. We show up and work with you to actualize your vision - you can be onsite or not, though we’ll need to reach you for some questions. Voila! We walk through and make sure everything is in order and what we agreed upon. We the final payment, and schedule a check-in or follow-up session for the future.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Paul has decades of woodworking, carpentry, and metal fabrication experience. He studied under master woodworkers in the PNW, and is from a long line of Norwegian builders. Molly studied psychology and worked in administration and tech for years. Personally taking care of all of her sister’s belongings after she passed of breast cancer (“legacy organizing”) was a huge catalyst for getting her own life in order, and helping friends and family before officially starting this business.
