- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't charge for time I'm not actively working on the computer. For example windows updates, virus scans etc. I only charge for the work I do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It depends on the issue, but usually I try and get as much information about the problem so that I can research specifics beforehand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been interested in electronics since I was a kid, and actively working tech support jobs for 15 years.
