FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a 30 minute complimentary phone consultation to discuss the goals and needs of the client. Then I compile menu options, which you select from. I can also create a custom menu to account for any dietary restrictions or preferences. I will then bring the food to your home at the agreed upon time, and prepare and plate it. You can be involved in the cooking process, or watch from afar. I am always happy to answer questions, and share techniques with my clients!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently hold a Professional French Culinary degree with a Farm-to-Table focus from the International Culinary center (2014), a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner degree from the Nutritional Therapy Association (2024), and a Restorative Health Practitioner degree from the Institute of Restorative Health (2025).
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always loved food and learning. I was an adventurous eater as a child (my favorite food at age eight always mussels in white wine sauce!), and have always enjoyed cooking. I feel grateful to be able to share my passion and knowledge with my clients! Whether we work together on a nutrition protocol, or I come treat you to a farm-to-table meal in the comfort of your home, I am always striving to provide knowledge and wellness to all those who partake!
