- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a 30 minute complimentary phone consultation to discuss the goals and needs of the client. Then I compile menu options, which you select from. I can also create a custom menu to account for any dietary restrictions or preferences. I will then bring the food to your home at the agreed upon time, and prepare and plate it. You can be involved in the cooking process, or watch from afar. I am always happy to answer questions, and share techniques with my clients!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently hold a Professional French Culinary degree with a Farm-to-Table focus from the International Culinary center (2014), and a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner degree from the Nutritional Therapy Association (2024).
