coach fabi
this woman is a phenom. i look forward to her class even when the last one kicked my butt. and after each session, i feel powerful and present. she is brilliant to learn from at the gym and an inspiration to watch in the ring. my two young kids have also taken her kids’ class and i’ve watched their form go from wobbly to tight in just a few months. she pays attention to each individual and you really feel seen. i am always in awe of fabi and am honoured to call her my coach.
