Implementing an effective and successful home staging is about more than the way things look. It is also about how a space makes a person feel and the way it creates an experience for them. An effective home staging includes elements that will stir an emotional reaction to connect to your homebuyer. We want people to fall in love with the rooms we create... so much so that they want to buy the house with all of our furnishings in it!
We are aware that the process of selling a home can feel overwhelming and we want to alleviate the stress of this for our clients. There is no task too big or too small and attention to the details can make a world of difference. Everyone has their own unique circumstances and finding the right team is imperative for a seamless process of getting your home sold quickly and for over the asking price.
We have a successful track record of helping our clients sell their properties for more money. Last year, a property we staged in Pasadena sold for $100,000 over asking. Just recently, a townhouse in Westwood sold for $75,000 over asking. A loft space in DTLA was on the market showing vacant for close to 9 months with zero offers, but after we staged it there were multiple offers within the first week.

I was looking online at several Staging Companies and Josh gave me the best info and I really liked his responses to my questions. We are in the process of transforming my home from one look to another hopefully in 3-4 weeks. He isn't pushy and he really listens to what I want and need. I can update after our project is done. So far really great!!! Karen

Joshua is very professional. He is always available on the phone. His design sense is impeccable! He reads the home and he furnished it to fit the style and feel. The house feels like a home. I just can't say enough about Josh ! We had a severe time crunch, and Josh was able to create his magic in record time. He was a pleasure to deal with, and his design for the staging was nothing short of brilliant ! He struck exactly the right note in every room. I wish that I could give him 6+ stars. Josh has fantastic taste. My place was a dump before he fixed it up. He has a ton of vendor connections and can make your place look like you spent tens of thousands of dollars on decorating for a fraction of the price.

When we were moving, we hired Josh to stage our home and we were so impressed with the results that we decided to hire him to furnish and decorate our new place in Naples Florida. We have been very impressed with his ability.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have done stagings that I charge $2,000 for and I have done stagings that I charge $20,000 for. It all depends on the property and the seller's needs.
A seller that is living in the house while it's staged is going to be charged a higher rate than a staging of a vacant home just because of wear and tear...
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For stagings, I require that the property is clean and swept and that the construction part of the project is over. I also require a key to the property during the time of the install... Without a key, someone is going to have to be doing a lot of waiting around and that gets frustrating.
When I meet a new client for the first time, I ask a lot of questions and I encourage clients to do the same. We need to get to know each other and develop a good rapport.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked as an apprentice for many years and the woman I worked for was amazingly talented and generous and I learned everything I know from her.
