- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We run a lot of promotions and discounts all the time, especially when you use both makeup and hair style services. All products which we use only from trusted and a good quality brands, because we care about you! Lashes are always included in the service and we provide a wide variety from natural to very dramatic one (but if you prefer to use yours, it's not a problem at all). Same situation with hair styling, our professionals have full stuck of bobby pins, hairsprays, gels and hair buns and they are ready to create anything for you! Unfortunately we do not include hair accessories and hair extensions, but if you will provide them, we will be more than happy to apply it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The booking process is very easy and our receptionist will guide you thought each step! We will need to get certain information from you first : the date, time, location and amount of people who will be using our services. Based on that we can immediately let you know about availabilities. Also very important for us to know at what time you would need to be at the event and what the earliest time is that would be possible for us to start. One of the important things we will ask you it's a pictures of what you are looking for and most recent picture of your hair. This ensures that we are on the same page, also it's much more easy to calculate how long your look will take. We will only confirm your booking once we have received all requested information. Please note that we will give priority to the client who confirms first.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My love for makeup started when I used to recreate looks on my friends that I saw on the runways and fashion magazines. I have been doing makeup and hair for more than 8 years. After graduating from beauty school in February 2011 I have been working on many clients, after what I decided to create a team to help everyone on time.
