I get to the source of your pain and help relieve any tension with a healing touch. I bring all of the necessary equipment to set up a spa environment in the comfort of your own home or office. I specialize in deep tissue, pregnancy, Swedish, chair massage, trigger point, myofascial release, couples massage, and reflexology. Raw Food Classes: I provide customized private or group organic vegan raw food classes in your home or desired location. You will learn how to prepare customized raw food recipes and sample them during your class. You will also receive a folder with the recipes as well as nutritional information. Kundalini Yoga: Learn how to heal your body through breath, poses, vibrations and meditation. Private and group classes are available. Doula Services: The word "doula" comes from the ancient Greek meaning "a woman who serves" and is now used to refer to a trained and experienced professional who provides continuous physical, emotional and informational support to the mother before, during, and just after birth, or who provides emotional and practical support during the postpartum period. Studies have shown that when doulas attend birth, labors are shorter with fewer complications; babies are healthier, and they breastfeed more easily.
