Introduction: I am life long yoga practitioner, and I have taught yoga for the last five years in San Francisco, New York, and now Los Angeles. Currently, I teach yoga and yoga sculpt at CorePower Yoga Beverly Hills. I am so excited to work with private clients in Los Angeles!
I have been practicing yoga and meditation since I could walk as my father was a monk. I can accommodate all ages of practitioners in addition to different types of yoga. I provide hands on assistance and may adjust classes to be energetic or meditative as needed, including the use of weights for those interested in mat pilates.

Lea is probably the best yoga instructor I have ever come across. She deeply cares about her clients, and creates an incredible space for them to feel challenged, encouraged, and recharged. She is a true professional who also has a unique ability to connect with people. She is the reason I got to love yoga. Very sad I no longer live in the same city as her. Could not recommend her more
