- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer fair and competitive market prices for my services due to my excellent customer service, attention to detail, and high quality craftsmanship. I will always warn clients, prior to hiring, of all fees that can be expected (I do not have any hidden fees and will always be 100% upfront about any issues). There are many unforeseen circumstances that can arise, due to the nature of this field.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is consultation and estimate. I gather as much detailed information from the client, to ensure if: 1) I am the best suit for the job and 2) give an accurate quote of the job. Next, if I am hired for the job, I’ll contact the client for scheduling and proceed to begin the work. Once the job is completed, I will notify the client and provide a detailed list of what has been completed with photos and an invoice.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked a large variety of clients from minor jobs with residential clients, large commercial jobs, and requests for custom projects. I am open to any job that fit my criteria and look forward to any opportunity presented to me.
