Tammie is THE BEST massage therapist I've encountered since schools days of NHI. She epitomizes professionalism & integrity. Her knowledge of the anatomical aspects of the body are impeccable. I have several conditions 3 of which are almost debilitating....(Arthritis, Bursitis, & Tendinitis) in 1 shoulder with limited ROM, a herniated disc in my c7, and a misaligned sacrum. Whew *wipes sweat off of forhead*.
I had my 1st session with Tammie today (1hour) and I feel like I'm at least 3 years younger. Although Tammie has wonderful revitalization techniques to help you relax....she also utilizes professional therapeutic techniques help loosen & relieve your body from the agony of said conditions.
She constantly checks in with you concerning pressure levels. She's not overly chatting during the session. She's VERY strong....so if you're muscular or prefer deep pressure Tammie has the experience.
The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. It's certainly much different than other places I've been. I was with my previous MT for 2 years until she left the location I went to. I really didn't think I'd find anyone else comparable and certainly not better. But I did....her name is Tammie. #SheROCKS

Mattie it's great, got a deep tissue massage, i feel awesome, I have a total knee replacement so she help me out with some leg stretching exercises , definitely I'm going back soon. She's a perfect 10.
