- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When a client hires me, they are paying for a unique skill set. My years of experience and training in law enforcement and security, as well as my willingness to perform whatever tasks are necessary to accomplish case closure. My license allows me to go places others cannot and dig up information others are barred from.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An open conversation about their case, their hopes, desires and goals regarding the investigation. Only then can I determine if they truly need my services. Often I simply provide advice and send them on their way. Where a real case exists, we begin to formulate a game plan for success and I explain how we can achieve our goal in the most economical way possible. The client will need to provide lots of information.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I recently attended and graduated from the FBI Citizen Academy and attended the certified Department of Homeland Security Active Shooter Seminar.
