He was so professional and compassionate, as he filmed my Fathers Memorial Service !!! Didn't even notice him filming my event he was so descreat. The video turned out better than I could have imagined!!! It's priceless!!! I couldn't have hired a better videographer!!!

The organization I am with had a very positive experience working with Lee Thompson and On Camera Productions to produce a couple of short videos promoting our work. In the fall of 2014, he helped us put together a short seven minute video that we continue to use to inform people about our organization. We were on a tight budget and Mr. Thompson was very flexible in working together with one of our volunteers to create the video in order to keep the costs down. He was good about making changes to the video as per our recommendations. He worked overtime to resolve a few technical issues in order to meet our deadline, and provided a number of DVD copies of the video for us.
About 9 months after completing the first video, we approached Mr. Thompson about editing the video to make a short version. He again worked within our budget to come up with a good quality video that we are still using.
We were very pleased with the high quality of both the video and audio footage that Mr. Thompson shot as well as the final product we received at a very reasonable price. His camera work was particularly impressive, showing the skills he developed as a news cameraman for several years. We would recommend On Camera Productions without reservation.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is according to project. Some are very straightforward and others involve more time, planning and support, but we are here to consult with our clients to help them decide what is best for their organization.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All video projects generally have a pre, field and post production timeline, and a good phone conversation helps our clients make the most informed decision as to how we can best serve their needs. We work according to a budget simply because there is no end to what can be done if there is the will, hence the multi-million dollar film, but we are obviously in the business to provide affordable video work with experience and knowledge of our equipment and have the ability to add production options as needed and according to the pragmatic nature of the goals set by the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There is no better training in this type of work than experience. Our project manager began his career with NBC-News in San Francisco shooting live television in station helicopter in addition to working in multi-camera sports television, namely in the production of San Francisco Giants and Oakland A's baseball games, basketball, and tennis. In the early days of industrial video, we began providing services for corporations and non-profits for training and marketing. Since then technology has allowed us to travel abroad to countries in Asia and Africa on very affordable budgets.
