What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening and asking questions to make sure I understand what they want in the end. Never make assumptions
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have basic construction knowledge from working in building materials at Lowe’s. I have extensive window and door training and experience from being a service manager for a Pella Window & Door location.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father was a firefighter and did carpentry and painting on his off days. So I helped him and learned from an early age.
