Chef Avery works "on call" at a facility I manage in Malibu and staff & clients always look forward to the days she cooks for us! She is SO gifted! Her food is exceptional and the presentation is just stunning! She may be young, but she cooks with the expertise of someone that has decades of experience. You can give her 5 items to cook with and she will come up with something you could never think of. She can turn the most "basic" food items into absolute art and that takes talent! I posted some images of the fantastic food she made on Thanksgiving of 2025 including the BEST "truffle mac & cheese" I have ever had...and I am a true "foodie!"
