JJ and I have started an intense workout regimen that quite frankly is kicking my a@%... but is exactly what I need to get back into shape both in muscle tone and cardiovascular stamina. He is at once approachable and friendly, he doesn't shout but will hold you to pushing yourself as far as you can go, and then a little more. If you are committed to getting into shape, I HIGHLY recommend meeting up with JJ. He is also extremely knowledgeable regarding nutrition and will literally answer any nutrition questions I have as often as I have them throughout the day via text in a very quick manner. I also really love the variety of workouts he has led me through: weigh training, intense cardio, interval training, boxing/martial arts... I'm pretty convinced he can do anything. Three things you should know: 1. You will sweat... a lot! 2. You will be sore... really sore. 3. You will have a good time through it.

Manuk isn't an ordinary trainer. He pays close attention to your needs and goals and tailors the work out plan accordingly. I loved the different work out plans each and every time which helped me like working out. One of the main reasons Manuks training works for me is because he motivates and inspires me every time. The key for me was to stay consistent.
I needed to hit the gym but just wasn't motivated. I saw Vinny training a client and liked how he included a lot of boxing and kickboxing. After 18 30-minute sessions, I have to say I feel great. Vinny knows his stuff! There is no doubt that he is aware of all the techniques. He doesn't promote any products and is always willing to help you. I would 100% recommend him to anyone reading this. He increased my cardio ability as well as strength. He determined that a full body workout was the way to make me lose weight and gain muscle. He was right, as usual. Seriously, stop looking for a trainer and call Vinny!
I have worked with Ronnie for 2 weeks now and she has been great. She is eager and enthusiastic about my training and is always ready to jump and get started. I have been training with Meghan for the last 3+ months and have noticed a significant improvement in positioning, mobility and balanced strength ever since. Sandy is not your typical trainer but shes a good one! She doesnt yell at you and push you until you cry. Rather she counts your reps, cracks a joke, or talks to you to make the session time pass quickly. She keeps things from getting stale by never doing the exact same exercises in consecutive meetings. Sandy knows so many exercise variations that she will adapt your training if you dont like a particular exercise or want to focus on improving one thing or another. She is also one of the few trainers that is willing to come to your house or a local park to train you. I highly recommend her. Shell get you into better shape if youre willing to put in the effort too.
I really enjoyed my sessions with Heather. Her workouts were challenging and provided great results - I'm already down two dress sizes after just six months of training. I'd recommend her to anybody who wants to improve their health.
The personal training with Chris was very effective and good fun. He developed a specialized training routine for strength and coordination for me. Besides that he was friendly and professional. I will definitely book more sessions with him and would recommend him to everybody for personal trainings.

I began training with Idrise as part of a wellness program provided by one of my health care providers after reaching age 65 and getting on medicare. Without a regular exercise program, I knew I was neglecting something very critical and endangering my long term health and wellness. Idrise has completely changed that for me. He immediately understood my needs and my capabilities - my strengths and weaknesses. He not only helped with my physical fitness but counseled my in nutritional matters as well and helped me change my diet to assist in my long term wellness. His knowledge of the human body and how it works is remarkable. His ability to teach me how to do various exercises for maximum benefit and avoidance of injury is what sets him apart from other trainers. On top of all of this, he is very personable, easy to talk to, and makes a work-out session most enjoyable. At my age, one of the most important aspects of life is keeping myself healthy and able to enjoy everything I want to do. I don't think I would be nearly as capable of those things without the help and friendship of Idrise Ward-El.
Jennifer is an all-around great human being and an amazing trainer. I wanted to find a trainer that I felt comfortable with and one that would listen to my health goals. Jennifer immediately made me feel at ease. I instantly felt like I was working out with a friend, but a friend who pushes me and keeps me accountable. I never felt like "just another client" to her. She cares about my progress and always keeps in touch with me throughout the week. She is available to answer questions re diet in between session and will even provide “homework” when needed. She is so energetic and sweet that I actually look forward to working out with her! Kelly helped me get into shape right before I became pregnant. She helped me focus on a work-out plan that fit well with my goals and what I wanted to achieve. She also customized a monthly meal plan exclusively for me and my interests. I couldn't be more happy with her dedication to push me when I needed the drill sergeant trainer, but also balance it out and be supportive when I was not feeling well or sick and needed to take things slow. Another plus factor with Kelly is that she LOVES dogs. We incorporated workouts that helped me focus on myself, without feeling guilty or losing out on time I could spend with my dog outdoors. With Miss. Speede, I have had a pleasure working out to reach my fitness goals. I simply wanted to start becoming more active since I started working from home, I have been at home staring at my computer all day, it was not healthy at all. Besides, my high school reunion was coming up, so I met her through a friend of mine whose friend was or still is training with her and heard good things about her. First session and free consultation were great. But I was still nervous as I have never had a trainer before. I went to her gym for our first session, and I knew my body was feeling the lazy muscles which I hadn't used for a long time, but afterwards, I just felt so great. Her sessions have been great, I meet her once/twice a week now (used to 4 times a week) just to maintain my current weight and stay active. I was never an out of shape person and more of a skinny sort of girl, and I wanted to get some nice curvy butt before the reunion, and within 2 months with her workout and nutrition plans, I could tell my butt got lifted. I am keeping track on the changes Ive been making on my iphone, but man, do I look better now? Yes. I am confident and my friends at reunion also asked if I was working out. My arms also getting toned. I know things don't come over night, and I will keep on training with her to see if I can over achieve my goal :) So far, so great with this energetic trainer!
I needed a personal trainer to come to my home and help me get back on a work-out routine. Going to school on the evenings and being a stay at home mom made it difficult to dedicate time to work-out. Pamela came to my home 2x a week for 8 weeks and motivated me to push myself for 30-min sessions. That commitment jump-started my new exercise routine which I have incorporated into my busy lifestyle. She has a firm, yet sweet approach to motivate you which is a great combination to have especially when you want to give up on the last rep! She also provides weight-training equipment such as yoga mat, weights and medicine ball. At the end of the 8 weeks, I reduced my BMI!
