Casey is absolutely fantastic! I wouldn't go to anyone else. I have been out of the workout game for almost 5 years and am just getting back into it. I took a class at Blackwater to test it out and loved it! My husband and I love to race in obstacle course races, like Spartan, Tough Mudder, etc. This was without a doubt the perfect type of class to train for races! It was fun to workout with a group of supportive women who cheer you on and encourage you to push harder. I definitely push myself harder in a group setting than when I am alone in my garage. I will definitely be looking into more training opportunities with balckwater in the future!

Casey has been an excellent trainer for me. He showed how to lift safely and helped me find my motivation to workout regularly and with purpose. I don’t believe I would have been able to keep a workout life style with out Casey’s guidance and motivation.
