Stephen incredibly knowledgeable and has a wonderful personality, and will push you beyond your mental (which I need most) and physical limits to get most out of the training without screaming at me. He is fully focussed on you while training and whenevwer time permits he quickly jots down my progress and motivates me with all the Instagram recordings :) he is either working out with me to demonstrate or couting my reps or recording the video for my reference. there is decent progress within a month and i am hopeful that I will achieve my target soon with help and motivation from him. I strongly recommend him to anyone for best body and mind :)
Corey is an awesome trainer. First off he asked me what my goals were and when I wanted to reach them. At first I just wanted to drop a few pounds, but then I had to change that to prep for a physical exam for a couple different police departments I was applying for. Corey didn't miss a beat and engineered a plan that not only helped me accomplish my original goal, but got me ready for my employment placement tests. Another great thing about Corey is that he gets to know your personality. I am a bit of a tomboy and really like the outdoors-I hate treadmills or any machinery that doesn't let me move out. Corey encouraged my love of hiking and incorporated that into our workout plan and after a few weeks of circuit training, he introduced me to boxing (which I have come to LOVE). His process works! All the exercises we did during circuit training came together in the boxing lessons and I was thrilled! Corey listens to his clients, gets to know them and works with them towards their goals in a way that is both fun and effective! I don't hate exercising anymore! Thanks Corey!
I first started working with Evan about 3 years ago and have benefitted tremendously from HIS hard work. He is constantly expanding his knowledge base, testing the latest nutrition and training fads, measuring them against the tried and true and satisfying himself that clients will benefit before unleashing them on us. And when he does unleash his learnings - watch out! The workouts are tough and engaging and if YOU do it right you will leave exhausted, but feeling great, and aching to come back and do it again. And again. Without the personal fortitude to get to the gym without an appointment, I find Evan's routines - and the results - the perfect motivation. I have been an extremely happy, regular client for all 3 of the years I've been training with Evan. I travel frequently for work, so Evan has helped with routines and exercises that can be done in my hotel room. He is also capable of accommodating that travel schedule and training me on a somewhat random, somewhat regular basis, but always picking up where we left off and pushing me/encouraging me to the next level of fitness and awareness. His considerable skills and conscientiousness aside, Evan is funny and interesting, so the sessions are not JUST about training and nutrition. He's worldly and has lots of worthwhile news, stories and information to share. I highly recommend him!
I have had a wonderful experience training with Anthony at God's Gym! He tailors each work out to my abilities, challenges me to incrementally work harder to build strength, but does not push me beyond my abilities or risk injury. Work outs are challenging, get my heart pumping and leave me with the "good" muscle soreness for a few days. There is minimal downtime in the 30 minute sessions, thus there is no wasted time. This contrasts to my experience during training sessions at other gyms. I feel that these sessions are consistently higher yield compared to my other gym experiences. Anthony, himself, is awesome. He is kind, patient, has a great sense of humor. He is VERY encouraging. He provides nutritional guidance specific for your goals. My schedule can be quite variable, and he has consistently accommodated this so that I could make as many training sessions as possible. The entire team at God's gym is very welcoming and supportive. A great environment, and an amazing community that I am now happy to participate in! Also, I would recommend that those considering this gym should not be "turned off" by the name if they are not religious, people of faith, Christian, etc. This is a comfortable and welcoming place for ALL people to train. :)
I have been training with Dima for about 3 months. My goals were fat loss and muscle gain. Before we began, Dima took time to go over the plan and explain how I should approach both the goals. He is very patient and I love that he explains how each exercise works and the correct way to do it. He keeps a record of your progress and that's a great motivator to be on track. In the past I somehow found ways to avoid going to the gym, but now look forward to a workout. I am definitely stronger than before and also see fat loss along the way. Eager to see how I progress over long term!!
I’m in my third month of training with Oga, and I can honesty say that it’s been a great pleasure. From the beginning, Oga has been nothing but flexible about the small details- time, location, length of workout. With my crazy work/life schedule, he made working out with him so easy and effortless! Training with Oga has also been really fun. I love that he changes up the routine, makes it interactive, and knows my limits so he can challenge me until I'm literally sweating beads. Since training with Oga, he’s helped me change my whole workout routine and diet plan to finally see results! I am excited to see what the next three months of training with him will bring. In my first 6am training session with Oga, he made it a point to say that I wouldn’t need coffee after his routine… and he was absolutely right, I haven’t needed it since!

I've been training with Joe for a little over 2 months, and I train with him twice a week. Joe is GREAT! What I like about him is that he knows how to motivate me, he makes each of my training sessions challenging but rewarding. He is outcome focused, and I've been able to see continual improvement from my sessions. He always ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. If motivation, flexibility, and a personal approach is what your looking for in a personal trainer, then Joe is the man for you. I would have no hesitation in recommending him as your personal trainer if you want to achieve your fitness and health goals.
It was great fun training with Jared. My goal was to lose weight and be able to independently workout after training with him. In just 10 workout sessions with Jared I lost over 10lbs, started to look better in shape, can fit into my clothes that I haven’t able to for a while. Since he noted down everything for me, I can certainly workout independently now. It was his motivation and encouragement that has helped me get fitter, stronger, healthier. I would definitely recommend training with him.
Mo is a fantastic trainer. He is very knowledgeable, a true expert in his field. He's a compassionate, attentive trainer. Be prepared to be pushed outside of your comfort zone during your training sessions. He makes training fun and you'll rarely do the same routine twice. The variety of exercises and support I feel keep me coming back for more...not to mention the results. You won't find a better trainer anywhere else.
I have known Caterina in the capacity of a physical trainer for over 6 months. Before Caterina I have had the good fortune of working with some very good trainers. I started training with Caterina due to my very unusual schedule which only she could accommodate at the time. What I started with serious hesitation, turned out to be one of the best things that has happened to me! Caterina is, by far, the best trainer I've ever had. I'm not exactly the easiest person to train. But, she has been nothing short of fantastic. She is very patient, encouraging, and motivating. At the same time she is very understanding and knows what her clients need. She can push you to your maximum, making sure you don't injure yourself. She does this in a way that makes working out seem like fun rather than a strenuous chore. The best thing about Caterina, though, is that she is very understanding, and flexible too. She's more human than any other instructor I've ever had. I would highly recommend Caterina to any individual looking for a quality instructor. She would be a great asset to have on board.
Ben is an outstanding massage therapist and personal trainer! I booked him for a deep tissue massage because I could barely move after all my 5k training. I'm not gonna lie, it was super painful but the next day I felt like a new man! He offered me a free training session at his private gym and I took him up on the offer - one of the best decisions I've ever made. He's super detail oriented and showed me a bunch of exercises to make my knees and hips more stable. I ran a mile without any pain for the first time in YEARS this morning and had to write a review! I'll definitely be training with him more frequently and can't recommend him enough. (And the gym is awesome, there's even a backyard training area!)

I've trained with Ryck for nearly two years. Ryck is highly professional with years and years of experience. Goals - he would work with you in order to achieve your goals. Whether it's building muscle, losing weight, getting stronger or rehabilitating, he knows what he's doing. Drive - he will not let you give up, and will adjust the workouts based to your needs. He'd push you when possible and make you take a step back when needed. Personal - Ryck is a just a great person, fun to talk with, and is genuinely interested in helping his clients, which even goes beyond personal training. Even though I was somewhat experienced when starting to train with Ryck, he's managed to get me to achievements I never even dreamed of. Anyone would be lucky to have him as a trainer. Had I not moved to a different state, I'd still be training with him without a doubt.
I have couple months training with Armando and I totally believe I made the right decision. During the last 5 years Ive been putting up some weight and no feeling too proud about it, especially because Im short and weight started to cause some foot and knee pain. Ive always postponed work out, it was not my priority but after training with Armando, I feel like I need to go for a session every day so I can get my Feeling good dose. Armandos positivism makes my work out enjoyable even though he pushes me and takes all my energy with every exercise. Armando has motivated me to keep going and give 100% every time we meet. He is professional, he listens, analyzes every piece of information I give him and he even suggests a relax/stretch session to get rid of stress I bring from work. When I first started, he analyzed my measurements, goals, posture, time and health and came up with a plan to target my problematic areas. I have only couple months training and I can see a few changes already. I feel more energetic and with the desire of keep going. Armando makes sure I have the right posture/form and execute moves in a proper way so that I can get the best from my workout and benefit from every move. I thank Armando for his support and guidance in every session and especially for pushing to keep a good nutrition. I would recommend Armando if you are serious about your work out. He is a great trainer; you will get the best of his knowledge and enthusiasm in every session.

I met Paul while trainning with sozo , hands down the best most life changing experience . Paul took the time not just to Train me but to get to know who I was and what my goals were , he made sure that everyday was aimed towards achieving those goals . He means buisness in the most professional meaningful manner. I would recommend Paul to anyone !
