This Fit Assessment incorporates static and dynamic stretches, weight training for form review, and assessment of imbalances, physical strengths and weaknesses, mobility, and range of motion. We even deliver a comprehensive body composition analysis that details body fat, muscle mass, water weight, visceral fat, bone mass, and basal metabolic rate, helping you gauge your ideal caloric intake.
