We kick off with a FREE Fit Assessment, a dynamic 50-minute session located at my training studio located in San Jose (zip code 95148). This Fit Assessment incorporates static and dynamic stretches, weight training for form review, and assessment of imbalances, physical strengths and weaknesses, mobility, and range of motion. We even deliver a comprehensive body composition analysis that details body fat, muscle mass, water weight, visceral fat, bone mass, and basal metabolic rate, helping you gauge your ideal caloric intake.
