Introduction
I love all things athletic, to really get the heart and brain juices pumping. I'm a huge advocate for mental health and nothing peaks serotonin levels quite like physical fitness. I've been an avid weight lifter for 10 years and recently ran my first full (26.2 miles) marathon. My focus is YOU, to understand your challenges, where you want to be, and provide the highest quality of feedback and partnership. Once we assess your personal goals we can create a customizable plan that fits your schedule best. I've worked virtually and in person with women/men to customize plans to achieve their fitness goals. I'm open to in-home visits and/or virtual visits. In the past, my clients have enjoyed daily motivation texts, a dedicated accountability partner, an understanding of the basics of lifting, and proper form evaluation. I have mobile equipment. i.e. dumbbells, light weights, resistant bands, kettlebells, etc. I'm someone who used to struggle (and sometimes still do) with body positivity but when I consistently started to train and saw a change in how I looked/felt about myself, I knew this was something I'd want to share with others. Imagine a world where people had less insecurity, more energy, a positive personal and social outlook, feel and look their best, and overall be more confident & tenacious in life. I believe if we all helped each other work out & reach our fitness goals, the world would be a much happier place to live. The future starts with you! Let me help you get there :)

I’ve worked with Monique this past year. She helped make learning about weight training fun and exciting. She’s a very personable trainer and really got to know my goals. She’s been someone that not only keeps me accountable but encourages all forms of physical activity on our off days. Her personal workouts are a great fall back when I don’t know what to do on my own. She’s changes things up according to my goals and explains technique/form well. 10/10 would recommend her to anyone starting out in weight lifting or veterans looking to sharpen their skills.

Moefit Moefun demonstrated dedication and professionalism while training me. She developed a program to fit my needs, showed me how to correct my stances and explained what I wasn’t familiar with. I was able to develop a routine that fit me best. She also designed a meal plan that worked great for me. She works with you from start to finish and provides an overall great support system. Monique is great. She is easy to work with and responsive. You can text her anytime, she gets back to you quickly. She makes you feel comfortable. She made a me a beginner plan, that was realistic and in my budget. I definitely recommend her to anyone that wants to take their fitness goals seriously.
