- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate depends on number of cats, visit frequency, distance from my location, and any special care needs (like medications). Holiday visits have a surcharge. Base rate is $40 for a 30-minute visit with one cat. Once I know the details, I can give you an exact price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to meet you and your animals beforehand to make sure it's a good fit for everyone. The more information you can give me about your pets and associated care, the better!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've cared for cats my entire life and started a pet care business in 2008. My uncle is a retired veterinarian, so I grew up around professional animal care. I've been providing cat drop-in visits in the South Bay for over 15 years.
