We have been using David Ward both for our business and personal computer needs for over 10 years now. He makes prompt office calls and home visits. David has always been punctual, courteous, extremely patient, and professional. His prices and products are reasonably priced and he guarantees his work. I love how he can often solve my computer problems remotely and quickly. I've learned so much from David. I feel confident that our computers have adequate 'back up' and virus protection because of David's thorough work. I've recommended David to many of my friends who also speak very highly of him.

My computer was dying, ready to be put out of it's misery. David somehow tuned it up and gave me some maintenance tips. I got almost another 2 years out of that computer and I have carried his tips forward with my subsequent computers.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
You get what you pay for. There is always someone cheaper. How many times have I seen a situation where someone got sold illegal software. Maybe the tech was trying to save them money....but the effect was the same. The customer lost out.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Everything I do usually takes longer than you may think. There are always hurdles to overcome, even when installing something simple. Be patient and let me take care of you.
