- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an instant quote tool if a new customer wants to get a quick understanding of what their roof repair or replacement may require. Next, we would schedule an on-site consultation to better understand their needs. Then if they are ready to move forward, we would schedule the installation where we would replace or repair your roof with the highest standard of workmanship and quality.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We continuously train with our manufacturers and are members of the NRCA & RSRA.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Because I was tired of seeing too many homeowners getting taken advantage of or deceived in the roofing industry.
