What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our operating strategy is to track and analyze your industry, competition, website, links, keywords, traffic, online directories and social media. From there we determine the best strategies to optimize your presence, drive more online traffic and convert the traffic into leads.
We'll provide you with weekly reports on your Google Analytics, your keyword positions in search results and competitor tracking. You'll also receive monthly reports on your website audits and our project tasks and hours worked report.
To move the project along, we manage a collaborative Google Project Workbook and Dropbox folders which you and all project team members will have access.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Setup a phone or in person interview to determine industry knowledge before spending any money.
It would be a good idea for your marketing company to not accept new clients in competition with any clientÂs current contracted keyphrases. There is an element of exclusivity and this should be considered to avoid overlapping competition.
