- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, which we believe is key to a wedding planning company. Everything is always up for discussion, but we have our basic standards for Month-Of, Partial Service and Full Service Packages. You can always add any additional services, assistants, or other goods as needed to each package.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love meeting new potential couples! We typically will have an initial consultation where we can learn more about all details and the wedding day vision. We have about 4 sheets of material that we like to keep track of from our first meeting so we can learn as much as possible about the couple and their wedding day! We then typically like to meet in person or at the venue to go over all details and vendors that still need to be taken care of. From there, leave it up to us! We strive to make the couple's day effortless from start to finish!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We graduated from Loyola Marymount University with BAs in Communication. After graduating we found ourselves jumping at any opportunity to help with friends' weddings, realizing we had a true passion for all things involved with weddings! We started to attend training sessions and pursuing our dream. We truly thank all our brides because we have them to thank for our experience.
