I am an event planner myself, so it is hard to impress me. At the same time, I know the value of having a good event planner on your side. Maleni and her team were amazing. She is the perfect blend of nice while still having structure and authority when needed. She made my wedding day seamless and I didn't worry about a thing. If you are debating whether you need a Day Of coordinator, or a wedding planner, trust me you do! You will be able to enjoy your big day so much more with Maleni taking care of all of the details, tear down, etc.

We had an excellent experience with Maleni and her partner Mark. They were both very professional, caring, considerate and passionate about making our day go smoothly. Maleni met with us up front, then did a walk through with the manager at the vendor, met with us the day before the wedding and then helped on day of. We only hired her for day of coordination, but she was willing to do whatever she needed to do to make sure everything went smoothly! On the day of, she helped set up the centerpieces, cake table, gift table, etc. Handed out wedding favors to our guests, make sure they got programs, advice cards, etc. She helped make sure all the kiddos got down the aisle okay. We told her she could leave once the reception was rolling, to keep our costs down and she made sure we had everything we needed before she left. She helped me pay all the vendors before she left and as she was leaving, my niece fell and cut her head open. Maleni grabbed her emergency kit and stayed to help until she knew we were all good. She obviously cares about what she does and really wants to make sure the bride, groom and families have minimal stress! I would definitely recommend her! She's very sweet and easy to work with.

Maleni is a godsend. She was willing to take on my wedding at the last month of it. She was very professional, always early, and is very flexible. She is amazing at her job and goes above and beyond for you. At the great quoted price I'd definitely rehire her again in a drop of a second. Don't hesitate on getting a coordinator. It definitely made our wedding smooth and problem free. It also made our day hassle free without having to deal with last minute things. Maleni will takes good care of you and you will feel like you have all the support and are able to rely on her. I didn't realize how much work it goes into the day of wedding, with decor and dealing with people and moving your decor to second location. She is willing to stay over and just make sure you are OK. Thanks a lot maleni.

Wow, what an incredible job Lovely and sweet events did with my wedding. We hired Maleni on short notice after realizing that our wedding had grown a little bigger than we expected. We didn't want to be doing all of the day of coordinating with vendors and running the show as bride and groom. Without missing a beat, she did a last minute in person consult and site visit, contacted the vendors and coordinated everything. Her assistant was also an amazing help behind the bar. Couldn't be happier with their services and would recommend them to anyone.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    First contact will be proving a quote, after reviewing the quote I love to schedule a phone call or in person meeting to discuss wedding details, if the client decided to move forward with the hiring process a contract will be send by email and an invoice with a 50% deposit to secure the date.
